Loyalty points are valid for exactly 12 months from the date they are credited to your wallet following a completed activity.

Order Confirmed

Points are shown as "Pending". They cannot be redeemed yet.

COMPLETION DATE + 24H

Points Credited

Activity completed. Points move to Wallet and are ready to use.

MONTH 11

Expiry Warning

We will notify you via email and app push notification about upcoming expirations.

MONTH 12 (END)

Points Expire

Unused points are automatically deducted from your wallet balance.

Refund Scenarios

User Cancels Order

Deduction

If you cancel a confirmed booking before the activity, the points will be adjusted based on the cancellation fee.

Original Pending Points:

500 Mints

Cancellation Penalty (20%):

-100 Mints

Final Points Credited:

+400 Mints

Platform Cancels Order

Full Refund

In the rare event that the platform cancels the trip, you receive a full refund, and special point rules apply.

Points Used for Booking:

Fully returned to your wallet immediately with original expiry dates.

Pending Earn Points:

Since the activity did not occur, the pending points for this specific order will be voided.

Frequently Asked Questions
